Fantastic gig the other night. Katy and Martyn’s wedding at a beautiful venue in Blackheath. Playing our specialist acoustic three piece, two acoustic guitars, vocals and Percussion. Excellent work Roger Batting! It was perfect for the venue and the client. The venue has some volume issues due to previous bands blowing the roof off, but we managed to get everyone dancing and keep the volume at a reasonable level. The blushing bride also gave us a fantastic video testimonal at the end of the night which should be up on the site soon. Congratulations guys and happy honeymoon in Tuscany!

Great Gigs!

Thursday night’s gig, the first St John’s session in Crystal Palace with Jocelyn Brown, Rietta Austin and Goran Kay, was a corker, with me in singer songwriter mode and fronting the Allstars Collective with five original tunes as support to the incomparable Jocelyn Brown (Somebody Else’s Guy, Always There, Don’t you Worry ’bout A Thing). Had a great time and real blast singing alongside one of the greatest living soul singers. Then another amazing gig on Saturday night down in Kent with the Hitched band. Both great gigs, and amazing fun. Great to be here in the UK in the run up to summer, things are quite literally hotting up on the live music scene. Can’t wait for the scorching heat and barbeque’s and Pimms o’clock. Stay positive!
